Concept
Embracing innovation and drawing inspiration from illustrious design precedents, this project aspires to transcend the ordinary, embodying a distinctive and sophisticated architectural narrative.
At the heart of this urban design masterpiece lies a commitment to sustainability, symbolised by an impactful vertical garden adorned with native Australian flora. This botanical marvel enhances the visual allure of the space and also champions environmental stewardship.
A defining feature of the design is a towering, 20-meter-high curved sculpture, a poetic embodiment of the journey of self-expression. Selected as a metaphor for "express yourself," this sculptural masterpiece graces the first and second basement levels, hosting a spacious art gallery that serves as a cultural hub for local artists.
Moreover, the integration of skylights becomes a harmonious connector, allowing the interplay of natural light across all three levels. This thoughtful approach elevates the aesthetic dimensions of the design and also reinforces its commitment to sustainable practices. By day, the skylights bathe the plaza's floor in a soft glow, and by night, they transform the space into a luminous spectacle, seamlessly merging functionality with artistry.
